The basketball development journey requires a variety of performance demands. The athlete, while under states of fatigue, has to possess superior metabolic conditioning and fitness; to maintain efficient, and effective movement mechanics. We aim to heighten game like awareness, and train for adaptation within Movement, Strength, Power Development, Control, Tempo, Pace, and Change of Speed.
We train in progressions to enhance proper coordination. We focus on athletic technique to reduce the chance of acute and/or chronic injury; while maximizing the ability to perform at a consistent high level.
Our Basketball Specific Training Program, will highlight and utilize fundamental movement patterns. We pair this with skill development to clearly identify and address gaps, deficiencies, and/or liabilities. This development approach has been crafted for the purpose of lowering the probability of acute and/or chronic injury; while enhancing efficient movement mechanics.
We aim to improve overall athletic performance metrics, movement patterns, skill set mastery and tactical development.

AGILITY:
A basketball player who possesses high agility can use this to their advantage in competition. High-quality agility decreases the potential for injury, and improves performance and evasiveness by allowing the athlete to fake, freeze, hesitate, hover, shift, and/or neutralize the competition. This defines the athlete’s ability to adjust to opponents and the constant flow of changes; within the game of basketball.
